Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 17, 2026

All Seller Vault products are digital downloads delivered electronically. Because the content is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final.

We will issue a refund only in the following circumstances:

  1. Failed Delivery. If the download link in your order confirmation email does not work and our support team is unable to provide access to the file within 72 hours of being contacted, you are entitled to a full refund.
  2. Duplicate Charge. If you are charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
  3. Unauthorized Purchase. If your payment method was used without your authorization, contact us within 14 days of the transaction. We will investigate the claim and, if confirmed, issue a full refund.

To request a refund review, email sellervault.ecom@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase and include your order number along with a description of the issue.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
